We are offering a position of Postdoctoral researcher within the research team of Dr. Lukáš Kubala focused on evaluation of the molecular aspects of adenylyl cyclases at the International Clinical Research Center of St. Anne´s University Hospital in Brno (FNUSA – ICRC).

Job Description:
Postdoctoral researcher
Expertise: Biochemistry and molecular biology
• Evaluation of the molecular aspects of selective modulation of adenylyl cyclases for potential pharmaceutical applications. 
• Enzymology of individual isoforms of human adenylyl cyclases. 
• Determination of enzyme kinetics and screening of specific activators and inhibitors using the recently developed screening methods suitable for detection of the enzymatic activity of all different membrane-bound human adenylyl cyclase isoforms in both membrane-based and cell-based set up.
