一、实验室介绍

梁德光研究员先后在中山大学药学院，中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所取得学士和博士学位，随后在美国纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心（MSKCC）开展博士后研究。长期从事脂质代谢、细胞膜稳态及铁死亡相关研究，以第一作者或通讯作者在Cell、Molecular Cell等期刊发表多篇研究论文。2024年3月加入首都医学科学创新中心并担任研究员。

梁德光实验室致力于研究细胞磷脂代谢的分子调控机制及其在生理和疾病中的功能，重点关注磷脂的合成、重构与转运等关键过程，以及这些过程如何共同调控细胞膜磷脂组成并影响细胞功能。同时，也关注磷脂代谢在维持膜脂稳态以及调控铁死亡中的作用，旨在揭示磷脂代谢网络如何在维持正常细胞功能与避免脂质过氧化损伤之间实现动态平衡，并探索其在肿瘤、神经退行性疾病及代谢性疾病中的功能与机制，为相关疾病的干预与治疗提供新的潜在靶点。

实验室与首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院生殖医学中心鹿群主任团队建立了紧密合作。现公开招聘联合培养博士后1名，依托双方在基础研究和临床医学方面的优势，开展脂质代谢与生殖健康相关的前沿研究，并推动基础研究发现向临床问题延伸。

二、博士后（1名）

（一）主要职责

1.在合作导师指导下独立开展科研工作，围绕脂质代谢与生殖健康相关科学问题开展研究；

2. 独立设计和实施研究方案，完成数据分析、论文撰写及研究成果发表；

3. 参与实验室科研项目及基金申请；

4. 协助指导研究生，并积极参与实验室学术交流与合作。

（二）任职要求

1. 已获得或即将获得博士学位，具有细胞生物学、生殖医学、代谢生物学或其他相关领域的研究背景，

2. 以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊上发表过或即将发表研究论文；

3. 具备独立开展科研工作能力；

4. 具有高涨的科研热情、严谨的科研态度、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

5. 具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力，能够使用英文撰写论文。

Laboratory Introduction

Dr. Deguang Liang received his bachelor’s degree from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Sun Yat-sen University and his Ph.D. from the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He subsequently completed his postdoctoral training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in the United States. His research has focused on lipid metabolism, cellular membrane homeostasis, and ferroptosis. He has published multiple research articles as first or corresponding author in leading journals, including Cell and Molecular Cell. Dr. Liang joined CIMR as an Assistant Investigator in March 2024.

The Liang Laboratory investigates the molecular regulation of cellular phospholipid metabolism and its roles in physiology and disease. Our research focuses on key processes including phospholipid biosynthesis, remodeling, and transport, and how these processes collectively determine membrane phospholipid composition and cellular functions. We are also interested in understanding how phospholipid metabolism maintains membrane lipid homeostasis and regulates ferroptosis. Our goal is to uncover how phospholipid metabolic networks achieve a dynamic balance between maintaining normal cellular functions and preventing lipid peroxidation-induced damage, and to understand their roles in cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. Ultimately, we aim to identify new therapeutic targets and strategies for these diseases.

The Liang Laboratory has established a close collaboration with the team led by Dr. Qun Lu at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University. We are currently seeking one jointly supervised postdoctoral fellow to conduct cutting-edge research at the interface of lipid metabolism and reproductive health. By combining the strengths of both teams in basic biomedical research and clinical medicine, this collaborative program aims to address important questions in reproductive biology and facilitate the translation of fundamental discoveries toward clinically relevant problems.

Open Positions

Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a. Conduct independent research under the supervision of the collaborating principal investigators, focusing on scientific questions related to lipid metabolism and reproductive health.

b. Independently design and execute research projects, analyze data, prepare manuscripts, and publish research findings.

c. Participate in laboratory research projects and grant applications.

d. Assist in mentoring graduate students and actively participate in laboratory discussions, academic activities, and collaborative research.

Qualifications

a. A Ph.D. degree, or expected Ph.D. degree, in cell biology, reproductive medicine, metabolic biology, or another related field.

b. At least one first-author research paper published or expected to be published in a well-recognized journal in the relevant field.

c. Demonstrated ability to conduct research independently.

d. Strong enthusiasm for scientific research, a rigorous approach to research, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

e. Good proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare scientific manuscripts in English.
