Postdoctoral Research Associate in Electrochemical Measurements in The Discovery of New Materials GRADE 7

£35,327 – £40,928 pa

We are seeking applications from exceptional solid-state electrochemistry researchers to join a multidisciplinary project team working on the new Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council Programme Grant “Digital Navigation of Chemical Space for Function”. The team combines experimental and computational approaches and works across physical and computer science. You should have a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science, and a strong publication track record as well as a demonstrated commitment to excellence. Exceptional skills in solid-state electrochemistry and measurement of solid-state electrochemical properties are essential. Expertise in development of new materials, construction of measurement apparatus and development of high throughput screens is desirable. The post is available from 1 December 2021 until 30 November 2024.
