A postdoctoral researcher position is available at the University of Pennsylvania to study how membrane trafficking and extracellular vesicles (e.g. exosomes) contribute to immune suppression and tumor progression, as they are related to immunotherapy and cancer diagnosis (Chen et al., NATURE (2018) 560:382-386). The University of Pennsylvania is an ivy league school located in Philadelphia, and is one of the leading institutions in the world in cancer research. The postdoc scientist will interact with cell biologists, immunologists, oncologists in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment to carry out cutting-edge research in cancer cell biology and immune oncology.

The applicants should have strong background in molecular and cellular biology, cancer biology or immunology.
