Postdoctoral Fellow

We are recruiting multiple postdoctoral fellows with diverse backgrounds and expertise to work at the intersection of genomics and data science (e.g. machine learning, statistics, and AI). Potential directions include developing deep learning algorithms for biological sequences, sequence-basis of gene expression regulation, single-cell data analysis, evolution of regulatory genome, protein structure, and impact of mutations on diseases.

Ideal candidates should have Ph.D. or equivalent degrees in Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field at the expected start time, and have a strong computational background. For strong computational or biology candidates, extensive knowledge of the other field is not required. Previous research experience in deep learning, machine learning, or statistics is encouraged but not required.
