Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Postdoctoral Fellow position in basic cardiovascular research. The focus of studies in our lab is on cellular electrophysiology, Ca handling, and mitochondrial function related to cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiac diseases. The projects in our lab are currently supported by a NIH R01 grant. Qualified applicants should hold a PhD or MD degree and have the strong desire to understand basic science. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize patch clamp, calcium imaging, and molecular biology techniques. Experiences in one or more of above techniques are required.
