华盛顿大学医学院分子生物学方向博士后职位招聘
Postdoctoral Fellow : St. Louis, MO, United States
A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the Department of Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO, United States.
The Batista Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to study the role of RNA stability and decay on telomere dysfunction-induced bone marrow failure and cancer, using human pluripotent stem cells and hematopoietic differentiation approaches as a model (Batista LF et al Nature 2011; Batista LF and Artandi SE, Current Opinion in Genetics and Development, 2013, Sturgeon CM et al, Nature Biotechnology, 2014). This project will likely involve Chip-Seq, microarrays, RNA-Seq, CRISPRgenome editing, and human stem cell differentiation assays.
The successful candidate should have a good publication record, and strong background in molecular biology and cell biology. Preference will be given to individuals with hands on experience on techniques associated with stem cell culture and genome engineering. The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated with a recent Ph.D. degree.
