Scientist—Postdoc 研究员--博士后Job overview
o Deliver innovative enzyme solutions to customers in textile industry
o Identify opportunities of enzyme applications by connecting with colleague
s from other functions and customers
o Define, analyze, develop and implement new methods, equipment and competen
cies to solve multiple-discipline technical problems
o Independently plan, carry out and report laboratory studies as part of pro
ject plans and in agreement with Manager
o Take on project leader responsibilities when appointed
o Provide guidance and information to Research Associates and Lab Assistants
to secure fast, efficient and prioritized solving of tasks
o Willingness to travel is a plus
o Implement/maintain company policies, principles and QMS
任职要求:
Qualification:
o PhD in Textile, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Biology,
preferably experience in enzyme applications for textile industry, pulp pap
er, chemical or related industry
o High degree of initiative, creativity and responsibility
o Strong team work spirit and fast learner
o Fluent written and verbal communication in English
o Strong analytical mind and good business understanding
o Open mind with a positive attitude. Willing to challenge and to be challen
ged
