一、导师简介

迟玮

深圳市眼科医院院长

教授、主任医师

深圳市眼科医院 南方医科大学深圳眼科医学中心院长、党委副书记,博士研究生导师,医学博士、美国Baylor医学院博士后,全球前2%顶尖科学家,全国五一劳动奖章、广东省杰出青年医学人才、全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖获得者等。

从事眼科临床和科研工作20余年,长期致力于眼底病、葡萄膜炎等重要致盲眼病的临床诊疗和玻璃体视网膜及白内障手术。诊治患者二十余万人,遍布全国及国际港澳台。聚焦重大致盲眼病的精准诊疗、人工智能、脑机接口等前沿领域,开展原创性、引领性科技攻关。创建了致盲率最高的眼病的早期诊断方法,推动该类疾病的致盲率由33%大幅降低到5.2%。开发了可替代较大副作用激素类药物的靶向溶酶体降解药物和抗纤维化多肽药物,多肽药物已进入临床2期。开发了AI眼底病诊疗大模型及10余个眼病诊断模型,创建了眼健康人工智能诊疗中心,为全国11个省369余家医院、22万人次进行AI眼病诊疗,有力推动了优质眼科医疗资源的跨区域下沉与标准化输出。对标马斯克的Neuralink公司牵头成功完成国内首个无线百通道视皮层假体(视皮层脑机接口)灵长类动物的视觉重建、开发了国际领先的“多模态眼功能成像仪”,实现“眼-脑-心”等慢性系统性疾病的早筛。

主持国家及省部级科研项目共20项,包括国家重点研发项目(首席科学家)、国自然重点项目、国自然区域联合重点项目、国自然面上项目等国家级基金项目6项及省部级基金14项。

发表SCI论文101篇,其中以通讯/第一作者发表SCI64篇,影响因子大于10分以上的18篇,包括Nat Genetics、Mol Cell、Nat Commun、PNAS、J Allergy Clin Immunol、BMJ、Mol Neurodeger、J Am Chem Soc、Prog Retin Eye Res、Adv Sci等权威医学期刊。

作为主要完成人之一共同制定了首个由中国人制定的眼病国际诊断标准,打破眼病诊断标准欧美制定的垄断局面。牵头/参与制定国际指南2部,国内指南15部,专家共识9部。主编及参编学术论著10部。相关成果荣获广东省科技进步奖一等奖、五洲女子科技奖;并作为主要完成人获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、中华医学会科技奖一等奖、教育部科技进步奖一等奖等多项殊荣。

二、薪酬待遇

1. 基础综合年薪总计约为50万至80万元,另可享受科研绩效奖励,并择优提供留院机会。

2.医院为在站博士后提供基础年薪与住房补贴。

3.符合条件的博士后人员在站期间可按以下情况给予在站生活补助之一:

(1)符合广东省海外博士后人才支持项目,来本市从事博士后工作的,给予每人60万元在站生活补贴;

(2)符合省在站博士后每人总额30万元生活补贴资助条件的,市财政给予每人12万元在站生活补助;

(3)其他人员,市财政给予每人36万元在站生活补助。

4.博士后人员期满出站后6个月内留(来)深全职工作且与企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的,给予每人36万元出站留(来)深生活补助。

5.博士后进站后可自愿选择落户深圳市,申领落户补贴。

6.若博士后资助政策有所调整,以最新的文件规定为准。
