Postdoctoral Scientists in New Immune Checkpoints and Immunotherapies

Job Description

New postdoctoral positions are open to work on our newly discovered immune checkpoint pathways including 1) basic mechanism studies; 2) translational immunotherapies in cancer, autoimmunity, or metabolic disease. Our lab focuses on new immune checkpoints and immunotherapies from discoveries to novel drugs to clinical trials. More information can be found in our lab website (https://www.xingxingzanglab.org) and some of our new publications (Nat Commun. 15:11, 2024; 13:2506, 2022; Cell Mol Immunol. 20:694, 2023; Dev Cell 58:2700, 2023; J Clin Invest. 132:e163620, 2022; Sci Adv. 8:eabm7012, 2022; Sci Immunol. 6:eabf9792, 2021).

The lab is well funded and has successfully mentored 52 trainees so far. The pay scale is higher than NIH guidelines ($59,919 for fresh PhD with adjustment for more senior candidates). We prefer candidates with at least one first author research publication in good scientific journals.
